CRH currently is insured using the Med-Cost Network. Full-time or regular part-time employees are eligible for health insurance. Employees pay $69.71 per pay period (every two weeks) for their portion of the health insurance. CRH also pays approximately 25% of the dependent or family member coverage. Employees are eligible 30 days from full-time start date. In-network preventive services are covered at 100% for the employee and any covered family members. For in-network, non-preventive services, all services apply to the employee deductible of $1500 or $3000 family deductible. Once the in-network deductible is met, benefits and services are paid at 100% by the plan. The plan has unlimited lifetime benefits.
