Referral Navigation Manager

Catawba Regional Hospice is seeking an Administrative Professional to develop and maintain professional, business relationships with a wide variety of organizations and people who refer clients/patients to PCHCV programs and to oversee the process of referrals to PCHCV programs.

Employee Type  Full Time

Minimum Experience  Two years of management/experience in related activities preferred. 

Education  Associate degree in Business Technology, Administrative Office Technology, Secretarial Technology or related field preferred.
