Palliative Care and Hospice Foundation of Catawba Valley is seeking a qualified individual to fulfill the organizations need for strategic, philanthropic leadership and program operations of the Palliative Care and Hospice Foundation of Catawba Valley, Inc.

Minimum Experience At least 3 years of demonstrated success in staff leadership, partnership, development and financial management.
Required Degree BS/BA in related field required. Master's degree preferred.
Supervisory Responsibilities: Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
