Retirement 403(B) Plan

Any active employee can participate in the 403(B) plan with pre-tax contributions. For employees who work over 1000 hours and one year of employment, CRH will match “dollar for dollar” up to three percent of the employee’s bi-weekly salary. Also, for eligible employees who have worked over 1000 hours in the calendar year and one year of employment, CRH may contribute an additional percentage of annual salary into the employee’s 403(B) plan at year end based on year-end financial status.
